THE ORGANISATIONS OF THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS :
Capuchin Education Board: As and when need arrived, the schools were started but these schools were functioning without written guidelines. As the schools expanded and increased in number, a felt need arose to put down on paper the guidelines to run the day-to-day school activities. To run the school efficiently and effectively the Capuchin Education Board was formed. The provincial minister being the president of the board, the principals, managers and treasurers are the board members. Thus board functions in an effective way.

1. Board meetings:
   The board meetings are conducted regularly with almost cent percent attendance of the members. If today the school ministry is streamlined, this is the proof of effective functioning of the board.

2. The Statutes:
   The board felt that rules and regulations were must to have transparency in administration and animation of the schools. The statutes were prepared and implemented duly approved by the Provincial and the Council.

3. Service Rules:
   As the institutions were growing, the number of employees too was on the increase. The need for service rules to manage employees arose. For the smooth functioning of the institutions and to give a status to the employees, the service rules were prepared according to the Education Act of Karnataka Government.
